Please keep pets on a leash when in the yard. There are wild animals and also neighbor animals that we want to be respectful of. Please clean up after your pets and dispose of waste properly. While the creek behind the house is stocked with trout, we ask you have a valid PA fishing license and also be respectful of the creek access as it is not our property to get to the fishing hole. NO OTHER HUNTING PERMITTED.No smokingCheck-in is anytime after 3:00 PM

If you should need to cancel your stay you can do so up to 7 days ahead of time.

We welcome you to use our home and property but please be respectful of our neighbors and their property lines. They have a happy brood of pups next door that will not bother you, but please keep your pets under control or on leashes at all times. We are in a rural area so you will encounter deer, groundhogs, the occasional fox, and other critters – another reason to keep pets close by.
